After a several month break I have decided to make another attempt at keeping all of my loved ones up to date on the fascinating events that are my life through this blog. No promises, I work a lot, but I will try to keep everyone informed.
This past week I worked remotely from home for the first part of the week and enjoyed time with my family the next. I was able to see my grandparents twice in this visit which was great. I love that they live in the same city as us, I think that some of my family really takes that for granted but having them around has meant the world to me and I am so thankful for it.
I also cuddled with Farley a lot as you all can imagine. I have missed that dog too much since moving to New York, I always say I am going to bring him here with me, we shall see if it actually happens.

A few weeks ago I went back to Elon, where I bELONg hehe, for homecoming weekend. It was so much fun and much needed as I had not seen my friends since the summer or worse, since graduating from that wonderful university. I needed a dose of college and boy did I get it. Whirlwind trip, but overall much needed, probably would've been sobbing in my bed had I not gone.
Currently I am working at M Booth on the Travel and Tourism team. I find it really interesting, I had never really done anything in travel PR before so this has been a great experience to try something new.
Overall, I am just plugging along here in NYC. I have a new apartment in Hell's Kitchen which is really convenient for work and is close to a lot of cool restaurants. In the coming weeks I have several friends visiting and I think I may drag them to do some of the touristy stuff that no one living here actually wants to do, but being as I am still relatively new I want to partake in the madness.
Until next time, I will try and make it sooner than 3 months. No promises.
